ms. hunter works out of the council bluffs, ia office. she has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of project types across the us.  she currently focuses on municipal and land development work in the council bluffs area and wind projects throughout 10 midwestern states.  besides being a licensed professional engineer, she is also a certified planner.
